Refunds Policy

 

THE 60-DAY EMPTY JAR GUARANTEE

We stand behind The Workhorse. Use the whole jar. Every last scrape. If your skin doesn't look and feel better in 60 days, email us at support@renderedtough.com. We will refund the full purchase price. No return of the product is required. No photos, no interrogation, no hoops to jump through. That's not how we do business.

How to request a refund:

Email support@renderedtough.com with your order number and a one-line description of why it didn't work for you. That's it. We process refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

What's covered:

The 60-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of The Workhorse tallow balm. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to submit a guarantee claim.

What's not covered:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Bulk orders of 6 or more jars are limited to a refund of 1 jar per customer under this guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@renderedtough.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged product.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong product, email us at support@renderedtough.com with your order number. We will ship the correct item at no cost and you can keep or discard the wrong item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@renderedtough.com. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and falls under our standard refund policy above.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Subscribe & Save plans can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. Email support@renderedtough.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled shipment. If a shipment has already been charged and processed, it falls under our standard refund policy.
