Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We ship from the USA. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates:

Orders of 3 or more jars ship free via USPS. Single jar orders are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout, typically $4.95-$6.95 depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Rendered Tough Tallow Co.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship internationally. We are a small-batch USA operation and are focused on serving domestic customers at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, email us at support@renderedtough.com with your order number.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@renderedtough.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or ship a replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@renderedtough.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. If you are active duty or deployed, we've got you covered. Same shipping timelines apply, though APO/FPO deliveries may take additional time depending on location.
