By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website or its content without our express written permission. The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products and their colors, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. All product descriptions and content on this site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before using any skincare product.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of the order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total order amount including product cost, shipping, and any applicable taxes.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Orders of 3 or more jars qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Single jar orders are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 60-day empty jar guarantee. Use the entire jar. If your skin doesn't look and feel better in 60 days, email us at support@renderedtough.com. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price. No return of the product is required. No photos, no interrogation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of The Workhorse only. Bulk orders of 6 or more jars are limited to a maximum refund of 1 jar per customer under this guarantee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@renderedtough.com with a description of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a Subscribe & Save plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@renderedtough.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled shipment. No cancellation fees apply.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and designs — is the property of Rendered Tough Tallow Co. and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent. "Rendered Tough," "The Workhorse," the RT diamond monogram, and "Built for your hide" are trademarks of Rendered Tough Tallow Co.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
